OUR MISSION

Our Mission is to Educate, Encourage, Equip, Expose, and Empower all people to be on mission with God.

Our Mission, Our Promise:

In order to assist persons to become self-reliant, Under 1 Roof provides transitional, permanent supportive housing and other services to homeless and low-income individuals as well as families of our community. Our vision is a community where everyone has safe affordable housing and the tools to become self-reliant. To bring that vision into reality, we will provide permanent supportive housing to the homeless population in Dallas & Collin Counties.

The outreach puts homelessness on blast through ministry exposes the severe crisis families and individuals are in. The goal is to shelter the homeless. After realizing there were so many people that just needed to know they were thought of, the Lord gave her the song: Where Are You? (Written and performed by her and Fred Hammond) LeTitia is committed to using her gifts to bring awareness to the world that there are people who feel abandoned and alone on a daily basis and are seeking hope and a hand. Her prayer is after you hear the words to her song you will not only be inspired but commit to serving those in need.

Dallas LIFE is a place where homeless men, women and children can receive help and hope during their time of need.

Dallas LIFE is a path to recovery and self-sufficient living.

Dallas LIFE is a promise that there is a way to begin again.

"Standing Against Domestic Violence"

The concept of “Ministry in the Middle” began in 2004 while founder Samantha Clark-Childs was balancing major transitions within ministry, education, and family life. It stemmed from Ms. Clark-Childs noticing patterns of who and what women turn to for help when they are in crisis or transitional situations and how often they are rejected and treated as inferior because of their circumstances. As she poured into the lives of women as a Bible teacher, mentor, and discipler, she continued to develop a ministry that focuses on her passion for encouraging and empowering women through the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

Center of Hope (COH) is just what it says.  A shelter and Discipleship Program site where single women with children find hope and the support needed to take the first steps toward getting their families back on their feet,  their children back in school, and emotional and spiritual healing.  COH not only provides safe shelter for homeless and abused women and their children, but showers and 3 meals a day are available to them as well.  The center is equipped with a library, learning center, life skill classes, a chapel, and a medical clinic, all on-site.  Not only do they receive shelter, but both women and children learn about Jesus and the difference only He can make in their individual lives, and in the lives of their families.  This is where hope begins.
